B-eye Solutions and Agium EPM unite to form AMCO Solutions

Agium EPM, the Netherlands and B-eye Solutions, Denmark are announcing today, the merger of the two organizations. Two OneStream Diamond Partners and established consultancies within the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space are merging.

Effective today, the merged company will operate under the new name: AMCO Solutions (AMCO).
​
Pascal Walk (former Agium EPM Managing Partner) and Jesper Kamstrup (former B-eye Solutions Group CEO), have been named joint CEOs of AMCO Solutions.

It will give us the opportunity to create a bigger and stronger foundation for our highly skilled team to unfold their potential and drive. AMCO operates in 11 locations in three continents with more than 110 professionals and has a global track record of 175+ projects and over 120 customers across different industries. With the merger, AMCO’s 15 years of solution expertise will allow its employees to support more customers across the full lifecycle of their CPM and ERP applications – from implementation and training, through to on-going managed services and development of point solutions.
New Combined Footprint of AMCO Solutions

B-eye Solutions and Agium EPM were among the first in Europe to enter into a partnership with OneStream Software LLC, a leading CPM software firm with headquarters in Michigan, USA, and jointly have delivered successful projects since 2013.

Today, they are two of the largest and most experienced OneStream Diamond partners world-wide with leading positions in EMEA and APAC, making AMCO the largest OneStream Diamond partner in these regions. Two OneStream Diamond Partners become one, with compelling offerings on OneStream, as well as our usual Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Hyperion managed services.
